Callisto assiste les équipes dirigeantes dans la préparation, le montage et l’exécution de LBO. Son intervention couvre en particulier (mais pas seulement) la négociation du schéma d’investissement et d’intéressement du Management (« management package »). Callisto intervient également en cours de LBO, en particulier en cas d’acquisition importante (nécessitant une augmentation de capital), dans les situations de restructuration financière ainsi qu’à la sortie du LBO. Compte tenu de son intime connaissance du marché du Private Equity et de ses acteurs (fonds d’investissement, banques d’affaires, banques de financement, avocats, …) Callisto offre aux équipes de Management qu’elle conseille les services d’une banque d’affaires. Depuis sa création, en 2005, Callisto a conseillé plus de soixante-dix équipes de dirigeants de LBO, dans des transactions de taille moyenne ou grande, LBO primaires ou secondaires. Since its inception in 2005, Callisto has built a track record of more than seventy mandates on behalf of management teams of mid and large cap companies, in both primary and secondary Buy-Outs.
