Oloryn Partners sides with management teams in situations where the shareholding structure of their company is deemed to evolve, such as corporate spin-offs or secondary buy-outs. If the option to structure a (new) buy-out is feasible, we help the management team to deal with all the aspects of its role as a minority shareholder alongside a private equity sponsor. We provide management teams, who are our only clients, with our contacts and experience to help them identify and approach the right financial investor and engage with them regarding the terms of the upcoming partnership. Launched in the middle of 2008, Oloryn Partners has advised over a hundred management teams in transactions valued from €20m to over €4bn and in all sectors.
