At Pukar, we believe that sometimes, the strongest thing a person can do is simply ask for help — and when they do, someone should be there to listen. We are committed to making mental health support accessible, compassionate, and stigma-free. Through our free emotional support helpline, interactive workshops, and regular awareness events, we are creating safe spaces where people can talk, feel heard, and find relief in difficult times. What we do: 📞 We run a confidential, non-judgmental helpline (10 AM – 2 PM) where trained volunteers provide emotional support to anyone in distress. 🎓 We organize mental health training sessions & workshops for individuals, corporations, and groups to promote awareness and suicide prevention. 🧠 We host monthly dialogue sessions with mental health experts to build understanding and break the silence around emotional struggles. Our Impact: Since August 2023, our volunteers have already supported 700+ callers, and our reach continues to grow every day. How you can benefit: If you're feeling emotionally low, overwhelmed, or just need someone to talk to, call us. We listen with empathy, without judgment, and without asking for personal details.
