Calm Achiever is co-founded by Mohammed Arif Vakil & Mohammed Ali Vakil. Arif & Ali have been certified GTD Trainers since 2008 & Calm Achiever has the Master Franchise of GTD in India.
Their company Vakil Housing became the first company in India to be trained in GTD by the David Allen Company in 2008.
Arif & Ali are passionate about education, art & spirituality. By adopting GTD into their lives, it enabled them to move beyond Vakil Housing and take up projects close to their hearts which include being Trustees at ILM Foundation and authoring 3 books under the name Sufi Comics.
In 2018, Calm Achiever became is the first licensee in India to enable organisations to practice Holacracy®.
Having experienced the success of implementing GTD & Holacracy in their oranisations, Arif & Ali are bringing the benefits of these methodologies to Corporate India.
