The California Association of Nonprofits (CalNonprofits) is the voice for California's nonprofit community.
We are a statewide policy alliance of more than 10,000 organizations, representing and promoting California's growing nonprofit sector. We sponsor the annual California Nonprofits Day in Sacramento, and commissioned the landmark study: Causes Count: "The Economic Power of California's Nonprofit Sector." Causes Count - New Findings! was published in 2019. Other work we engage in to nurture the nonprofit environment in California include the Nonprofit Student Debt Project, Nonprofit Overhead Project, Vote with Your Mission, and we're one of three partners who launched Grant Advisor.
