We offer a comprehensive pre- and post-bariatric surgery program designed to address two key challenges: Increasing the conversion rate of potential patients to actual surgeries, helping clinics grow their surgical volume. Enhancing long-term patient outcomes by reducing the 35% of patients who experience weight regain, ultimately lowering healthcare costs. Our solution is built on three core components: A clinically validated program protocol in alignment with ASMBS guidelines. A specialized remote patient monitoring (RPM) platform, designed exclusively for the bariatric journey. A dedicated human service layer that monitors patients and proactively engages them to ensure they stay on track throughout their post-surgery journey. CALOSENSE operates on a reimbursement-based model, where our RPM platform enables full reimbursement from insurance companies. This allows us to provide our services at no cost to clinics or patients, ensuring accessibility and sustainability. Since launching in the U.S. in 2024, CALOSENSE has partnered with bariatric clinics across California, driving measurable improvements in patient adherence and clinic performance.
