We are Cambodia's first and only provider of professional-level coaching training. We train transformative coaches in line with the ICF's Core Competencies and Code of Ethics, through our own Connection-Centred Transformative Coaching framework. (We are currently preparing for accreditation with ICF's Level 1 pathway to ACC.)
We also train leaders to level up their leadership by developing their coaching posture, mindsets and skillsets. We design experiential, coaching-infused programs to support this process.
Our purpose is to be an enabler of healing and transformation of Cambodia, both directly through the work of our coaches, the leaders that attend our programs, and by supporting and providing specialist coaching training for mental health professionals (therapists and psychiatrists) to complement their existing expertise.
