Lisa accredited by the Association of Executive Coaches and bound by the International Coach Federation code of ethics. Lisa is an experienced business professional, with more than 20 years working in both private and public sectors. She has worked with senior executives, C-suite and board members and knows what it takes to be successful in high-pressure, high-profile roles. Lisa has first-hand experience of driving change and fostering engagement in both established and fledgling businesses, and possesses a wide range of business skills, including strategy & business development, communications & crisis management, branding & PR, talent development & engagement, change management & reengineering. In her coaching, Lisa is a compassionate sounding board for her clients, providing tools to help them thoughtfully explore what is big in their life right now, and to discern deep down what matters to them. She creates a safe space to reflect, as well as motivation and accountability for what they want to accomplish.
