Our experience includes project management and a la carte services for conferences, special events, group movments, public events, award galas and exhibits (just to name a few) for a variety of clients in Not-for-profit, Associations, Government and Corporate sectors. As a team we actively listen to our clients' objectives and requirements. We work collaboratively to build trust and confidence using industry best practices and knowledge to achieve our clients’ overall goal. All three company Directors have over 20 years’ experience within the events industry and have specialized the last 10 years in producing and managing successful Events and Conferences for our clients. In October 2013, the Directors formed and incorporated CanPlan Event and Conference Services Inc. With a lengthy, varied and reputable history as event and conference managers we have the ability to provide a varied list of services. We have also strategically partnered with the best in the industry to provide seamless corporate presence.
