Great Traits is a training and development company founded by Olympic insiders Debbie Muir and Mark Tewksbury. Debbie Muir has coached numerous athletes to Olympic gold medals, has mentored many of Canada’s national team coaches, and was instrumental in designing Canada's system for evaluating and improving the performances of Olympic sport programs. Mark Tewksbury is an Olympic gold medalist, has inspired every Canadian Olympic team since 2004, and was Canada’s Chef de mission at the 2012 London Olympic Games.
