Cantine Monfort is the story of the Simoni family, a winery founded four generations ago, in 1945. The quality of every single wine is of primary importance to us. Elegance and harmony are the hallmarks of our wines and Trento Doc, a work full of passion and love that has distinguished us for over 70 years.
During the years we knew how to give value to small local varieties cultivated in Trentino for years, even if they covered just few hectares. We reached these goals thanks also to the common view shared with the peasants that were born in those lands and now they defend their fields from the growth of the forest. We believe also in the potentiality of the international varieties, in their deep origins rooted in this land and in their adaptation during the years. We’ve invested all our oenological and professional competences in them to create high-quality wines.
