It also prepares participants for the PSM I certification from Scrum.org. Product Owner Certification Training  Focused on those participants interested in owning the business requirements. It also prepares participants for the PSPO I certification from Scrum.org. Agile for Team Members  A condensed version of the two-day APM course with less interaction but much of the same content. Achieving Agility - How to implement Agile in your organization  Includes an additional day to review other Agile frameworks including XP, Kanban, DSDM, Lean and more. Agile for Executives  The half-day course educates executives on core Agile and Scrum concepts and discusses some of the challenges implementing Agile.
