Agile for Team Members
A condensed version of the two-day APM course with less interaction but much of the same content.
Achieving Agility - How to implement Agile in your organization
Includes an additional day to review other Agile frameworks including XP, Kanban, DSDM, Lean and more.
Agile for Executives
The half-day course educates executives on core Agile and Scrum concepts and discusses some of the challenges implementing Agile.
