Frying Pan Shoals Bourbon®: Our mash of corn, barley, and rye is placed in Char 3.25 new oaks barrels and aged for two years - single barrel, never blended or watered down as is often found in high volume producers. Solera Whiskey®: In 2021, we're proud to release this wonderfully smooth and consistently complex Solera 2015 whiskey, a product of our deliberate five-year aging process.
