CAPSA Group stands for Centre for Policy Analysis and Alternative Solutions. It is a consulting firm established in 2019 by Onorica Banciu and Sorin Hadarca - two economists with vast experience in good governance, evidence-informed policy making, strategic planning and capacity building. Our reputation for excellence, efficiency and commitment is built on two decades of planning and implementing technical assistance projects in developing and transition economies. We tackle fundamental issues caused by government and market failures.
