· Yearlong career development project that integrates principles of information technology, computer systems management, and business operations into the completion of a capstone project for the Indianapolis International Airport. · Assigned to the Indianapolis International Airport’s IT help desk. A group of colleagues and I are working to plan, develop, and present a project that solves the IT Help Desk Tool issue. · Systems development life cycle methodologies will be used to solve this problem. This will include; risk analysis, requirement analysis, feasibility studies, design/development of solutions, integration of solutions, and maintenance.
