Cardiac Community was founded in 2018 by Ayotunde Omitogun.
She was diagnosed of severe Pulmonary Hypertension, a deadly disease that affects the lungs and heart in 2013 caused by a untreated congenital heart defect.
Cardiac Community aims to change the narrative of heart disease in Nigeria.
