About Cardiac Community
About us We are a community of people passionate about fighting heart disease in Nigeria. We engage in heart disease and health awareness, fundraising, advocacy and support for people living with heart disease in Nigeria. Cardiac Community was founded in 2018 by Ayotunde Omitogun. She was diagnosed of severe Pulmonary Hypertension, a deadly disease that affects the lungs and heart in 2013 caused by a untreated congenital heart defect. Cardiac Community aims to change the narrative of heart disease in Nigeria.
