Care2communicate Pty Ltd is a mobile speech pathology company servicing clients, Sydney wide. We provide therapy in a variety of settings. Our team of Speech Pathologist's are experienced in providing assessment and therapy for both children and adults, across a wide range of speech, language and swallowing difficulties. We are passionate and dedicated in helping our clients transform their communication and ability to express themselves. We work side by side with our clients’ support network in developing and implementing our clients’ therapy goals and tailoring programs, to be client and family centred. Communication/swallowing assessment and intervention is carried out across pre-schools, day care centres, day programs, supported workplaces, primary schools, high schools, aged care facilities and clients’ homes. We assist with speech sound difficulties, apraxia, language delay, literacy, stuttering, voice problems and swallowing difficulties.
