The Jewish community in Belgium has long faced this type of attack, we have developed expertise in this area. As the threat became global, awareness had to be too. Our goal is not only to enable every citizen to protect themselves and their children, but also to create a new generation of citizens who are more aware and responsible for their safety.
This is how C.A.R.E. was launched in 2019. It is a program that was put together by the BESC (Bureau Éxécutif de Sécurité Communautaire) with the help of security experts, psychologists, school teachers and academics.
C.A.R.E. helps to increase vigilance and raise awareness in every citizen.
Using tools that are very easy to understand and use, we give you the ability to identify a danger and respond to it appropriately, each according to their means.
Beyond the security that law enforcement brings us, we strongly believe that 'Knowledge is power', which is why we have decided to offer a tailor-made program for each segment of the population: adults, children, adolescents, students, elderly people, communities ...
Through C.A.R.E., our goal is that every citizen can identify and respond to suspicious activity, danger or attack.
Each citizen will feel empowered and reassured by the knowledge acquired during the program.
