Carlo, Inc. has been acquiring, developing, and managing quality residential projects throughout the San Fernando Valley for forty-seven years. Since its inception, Carlo.inc and its affiliates have developed over one hundred projects in Southern and Northern California. In conjunction with others, it oversees the management of approximately 1,000 multi-family rental units, forty self-storage facilities, and several business and industrial parks.
