At Carmichael Mediation Services Ltd, empowers employers and employees to identify pragmatic solutions to workplace conflicts. After the parties in conflict have discussed the issues, explained their grievances and identified common grounds in the presence of a mediator, a workable mediation agreement is drawn up. The agreement is not a legal document but it is confidential, unless both parties agree to share it with others.
