CAS International Semiconductor Conference, IEEE event

CAS conference provides great opportunities for researchers, academic experts and students to meet and share ideas, recent achievements and challenges in the exciting field of micro- and nanotechnologies and semiconductor devices. The accepted papers (4 pages) will be published in the Conference Proceedings and will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.
