Cascade Australia was formed in 1962 and today remains a wholly owned subsidiary of Cascade Corporation. Headquartered in Darra, Brisbane we work cooperatively with equipment OEMs, dealers and end users to ensure the most economical and practical products are supplied. No matter how big or small the company or application, Cascade’s design team is on hand. Cascade’s engineers and sales team are trained to ensure that customers receive optimal materials handling solutions tailored to their individual specific needs.
Our own Australian engineering and manufacturing capabilities coupled with the global engineering team and various specialty manufacturing plants around the world mean that we can provide the best solution at the best possible price. We can supply “off the shelf” products or work with you to provide a custom fit solution that suits your business, productivity and safety requirements. Our experienced product specialists are based around the country and are available at short notice to assist you in finding the best solution to your materials handling needs. Internally Cascade has a very experienced Customer Service Team (CST) that handles quoting, phone inquires, parts supply, warranty and co-ordination of field service. Cascade is proud to have 150 years worth of experience within our CST. It is this experience that has helped our customers find the right solution for them. Cascade is supported in the field by sub-contracted field service agents who are able to carry our installations, repairs and maintenance.
