Catalis Holdings (Proprietary) Limited is the vehicle used by Simon Stockley for his international investment, private equity and consulting activities. It is a boutique investment and advisory service, specialising in real estate, mortgage markets, private equity, investment consulting and deal structuring. Catalis draws on Simon’s many years of commercial experience, as well as his well-established network, to add value to clients’ needs. Catalis is strongly focused on emerging markets, Africa and the Middle East in particular. With a proven track record, including both start-up and turnaround successes, Catalis is able to offer prospective clients and partners both managerial expertise and investment opportunities, making Catalis far more than a traditional business consultancy service. Catalis also acts as an investment vehicle, providing human and investment capital from both internal and external sources. It has long-standing relationships with such diverse resources as, inter alia, the International Finance Corporation (IFC), Investec, Standard Bank, JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank, The Netherlands Development Finance Company (FMO) and the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC).
