Catalyst in Communities is an award-winning, grassroots and disruptive mindset coaching organisation, dedicated to transforming the lives of young people and their communities, typically through group and 1-to-1 coaching and training services. Led by Robin Lockhart (internationally renowned mindset coach & Commonwealth Ambassador for Youth Work) with decades of experience, TeamCIC empower individuals and groups through meaningful, powerful and transformative coaching conversations. Through our #Ubuntu and #ArtOfPerception approach, we specialise in fostering authentic connection and promoting personal growth, we create deep and lasting change - inspiring those we work with to become more aware of their own needs and to facilitate their growth. We remind people of their innate wisdom, resilience and strength... Once participants in our programmes realise their own inner-strength and ability to access new or more helpful perspectives on their lives' challenges, they become the solution to the problem rather than seeing themselves as the problem. This is The Art Of Perception the generates dramatic, transformational lasting change. Over the years, we have worked with organisations including The BBC, The Commonwealth, London College of Fashion / University of the Arts London, London Legacy Development Corporation, The Home Office, Ministry of Justice, the FA and numerous Schools, Colleges, Pupil Referral Units, Prisons, Local Authority Departments, Corporate Teams and the Mayor of London. Our practice featured in BBC One's flagship arts programme 'Imagine' in 2019 when we staged an original stage show "EastSide Story" - featuring a cast of 23 Young People on neighbouring / rival housing estates in London Borough Of Waltham Forest. We collaborated to bring the 2 groups together to stage the 21st Century WestSIde Story in a 12 week period!!
