Chittenden Area Transportation Management Association company information, Employees & Contact Information

CATMA is a non-profit 501(c)(3), membership based, transportation management association serving Chittenden County. We administer and manage customized, turn-key transportation demand management programs that offer a better way to get to work, save money, reduce parking challenges and congestion, and cut carbon emissions. Though we don’t operate transit services, we have strong partnerships with local transit organizations and we will help you navigate them. We’ll help you get there. CATMA’s founding members are Champlain College, University of Vermont and the UVM Medical Center (aka “The Hill”) – currently accounting for 11,000 employees and 14,700 students. Due to growth and development on “The Hill”, there was a need to collectively plan and manage parking and transportation in way that better coordinated land use and lessen environmental impacts, at which time CATMA was formed in 1992. In January 2015, CATMA opened up membership to businesses and developers in Chittenden County. We offer 3 Tiers of Membership Plans and a FREE Employee Transportation Coordinator Business Network. Specialties include; online transportation survey and analyses, alternative commuting options and programs, customized managed comprehensive commuter program for employers. We are proud to celebrate 25 Years of service this year!
