With 21 years of experience in non-profit and for-profit arenas, holding B.S. and M.S. degrees, she previously served as Regional Director of Sales and Marketing for a hospitality management company. Managing 19 properties, a 50+ member sales team, and $105M in annual sales, Celeste earned accolades such as Director of Sales of the Year, 2x Manager of the Year, and was named 40 under 40 by the Triad Business Journal. She is also a certified sales professional from Marriott International and is recognized as a top LinkedIn Expert in Denver.
In 2020, Celeste launched her own female-owned consulting and training business. She currently holds roles as President at TLR Hospitality, Co-Founder of TLR Consulting Group, and Founder of TNYL. Additionally, she is a Certified Training Partner with A Sales Growth Company and the Gap Selling Methodology since June 2023.
