CBL Consulting was established in 1982 as the Campbell & Bloese Partnership and originally provided structural and civil engineering services to the Bailiwick of Guernsey. The company offers core services of structural and civil engineering, supplemented by expertise in geotechnical and environmental engineering, flood risk, drainage design and project management We also undertake feasibility studies, structural and property surveys, appraisal of existing structures, expert witness and insurance claim work. These services can be provided individually or as part of a comprehensive approach to a project, according to client requirements. CBL Consulting has a proven record within the construction industry, having successfully completed many residential, commercial, industrial, healthcare, education and retail projects. A broad client base includes private and public developers, owner occupiers, financial institutions, building and civil engineering contractors, other professional practices and private individuals. Not withstanding the nature or size of commission, CBL Consulting seeks to provide all its clients with top quality design and contract administration services.
