C*Blade S.p.A. Forging & Manufacturing specializes in the manufacturing of forged blades for thermal steam turbines and forged compressor blades for gas turbines, for the power generation market. C*Blade can produce a wide range of parts in terms of size, weight and finishing grade, from envelope forged ones to those that are ready to fit. C*Blade is one of the few companies in the world that is able to produce machined forgings with overall length up to 1,500mm (59in) and initial weight up to 180kg (400lb). C*Blade has been working in this field since 1963, always looking for improvement and completion of the manufacturing process with the aim of solving any difficulties the Customers may have to face, from the design to the full realization. The major equipment for production are three drop-forging hammers with 50,000kgm, 35,000kgm and 12,500kgm of power, and several high-speed CNC milling workstations. The products are manufactured in Maniago (Italy) and sold worldwide. C*Blade produces forged turbine blades and vanes in stainless-steel, titanium and nickel alloys for a wide range of technologies.
