The Center for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness consists of doctoral-level clinicians with expertise in providing evidence-based therapy. Therapy through live video calls (teletherapy) brings therapy to you: in between meetings, classes, dropping off the kids, and anything else your busy schedule holds— anywhere you have a private space and stable internet connection in your state. And research shows that it is as effective as in-person therapy.
