When we emphasize discipline and effort alone without doing the inner work of clarifying values and motivations, really addressing beliefs that block progress, learning energy management, and prioritizing connection, emotional intelligence, and attunement it is a setup for burnout, miscommunication, mistakes, and creative blocks. Ultimately leads to disconnection from yourself and/ or your team.
