Founded in 2010, Creating Connected Communities (CCC), is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with a mission to bring life-enhancing programs to children experiencing hardship by empowering teens to become engaged community leaders and volunteers. CCC is committed to being an inclusive organization that represents our diverse community.
CCC is dedicated to meeting the needs of families from diverse ethnic, social, religious, and economic backgrounds. Our interactive programs engage all participants in actively learning and contributing to our community through appreciation, acceptance, empathy and respect.
