Chesapeake Community Development

Chesapeake Community Development works to make Maryland a better place to live by creating communities that are equitable, accessible, and fully inclusive. Where those communities don’t already exist, it is our responsibility to create them. We work with local partners and businesses to create vibrant and resilient communities that integrate services, affordable and market-rate housing, retail, and beautiful green spaces. Since 2021, this work has supported our goal of cultivating robust communities where everyone has access to resources and opportunities for economic self-sufficiency.
