CDC Abdelhalim’s objectives is to enhance the process of design by understanding the function of the building, filling the program requirements and understanding the community and context as well as the surrounding fabric of the site. CDC basis its designs on Abdelhalim Ibrahim's philosophy "The Building Ceremony"; an anthropological architecture theory embedded in community rituals exclusive to each society.
