CDC Share Registrar Services Limited (CDCSR) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited (CDCPL), only company providing depository services in Pakistan under the Central Depositories Act, 1997. CDCPL recognized as the infrastructure backbone of the Pakistan Capital Market of the country handling the electronic (paperless) custody of securities in book entry form as well as settlement of transactions of securities carried out by brokers at Pakistan Stock Exchange. Share Registrar Services were launched by CDCPL in the year 2008 as a Department and later converted into wholly owned subsidiary of CDCPL in the year 2019 named as CDC Share Registrar Services Limited. CDCSR has developed and using a state-of the-art Share Accounting System and IT Infrastructure with an exclusive Authority & Security Management features and workflow components.
