In a world where the dynamics of global trade, information and ideologies are rapidly changing, the need to adapt and change is felt more than ever. We have entered an era where Innovation, Differentiation, Passion and Change win. The set of individuals who capitalize on these new criteria of victory are called Entrepreneurs. An entrepreneur can revolutionize the world in ways unimaginable. From Thomas Alva Edison to the modern-day superhero Elon Musk, there have been many Entrepreneurs who have massively contributed to revolutionize the commercial world. The modern world is built on money. The development of a nation totally relies on its ability to adapt, and the level of Entrepreneurship drive its people possess. Sri Lanka, a nation which is currently in a socio-economic disaster should see entrepreneurship as its only salvation. We as the CDEA, are committed to ensure that the aspiring youth of Sri Lanka receive systematic and meticulous mentoring on core entrepreneurial skills. This Entrepreneurial Skill Development workshop series is organized as another extension of our aforementioned objective. Through this workshop series we expect to lay the foundation for a youth with enhanced skills that will ultimately help build sustainable entrepreneurship within our nation.
