CECI is the brand that enables Cecília Seabra's work. This is where I have been carrying out my independent projects since 2018, as a speaker or consultant, in the areas of strategic management, communication, sustainability, ESG, branding, positioning, PR, reputation, employer branding, culture, relationships, T&D (...), and basically any demand that can use an integrated approach between communication and sustainability to be addressed strategically. Together, we will solve issues that are preventing results from coming as expected; we will raise awareness or develop your teams to follow organizational, market and communication trends and transformations. We will build strategies to make better use of contexts and trends; or even work at the birth of companies and startups, developing purposes, positions and structures that allow them to generate a positive impact on society. Does it seem vast? That's right, but here's my biggest difference, the result of an experience that covered all areas, from internship to management, in agencies and companies, in experiences with more than 200 public, private and third sector companies, linked to teaching and research, in a 360 perspective, from training to impact management, which allows dialogue and dialogue within and between people, companies and institutions.
