CECOG - Central European Cooperative Oncology Group

The Central European Cooperative Oncology Group (CECOG, www.cecog.org) has been formed to unite Oncology Centers from the geographic area of Central and Southeastern Europe as well as Israel to conduct clinical trials. Via the @CECOGAcademy, we provide education in oncology and - by the Open CEEiling initiative, cater to needs of young emerging leaders in oncology from the geographic area. Successful Academies for up to 1000 participants have been organized regarding Skeletal Health in Cancer, Lung Cancer, Breast Cancer, Pancreas Cancer and Immunotherapies of Malignancies. Many more areas are bound to follow during next months. In addition and via its GOIA initiative, CECOG has been active to ameliorate access to cancer care for patients from Central and Southeastern Europe.
