Year after year, Cefalia Development has made our investors 100%+ returns on short-term investments, under two years. We noticed that these investors were always looking for another investment to continue growth. Cefalia Capital was born to allow investors to get in on real estate deals without spending the time searching for and managing them. We take our gains and dump them into multifamily apartment buildings, force appreciation and sell when the time is right. These investments, unlike stocks or REITs, will continually cashflow at 5%+ while we force appreciation and plan an exit, under 10 years, with a target of 100% return at exit. This is something we have been doing internally for over 50 years, but we are now bringing this to the public.
