CelsiusTech Limited is an LNG-focused ship-management company formed in 2019 through a joint venture between Celsius Shipping A/S (Denmark) and Fleet Management Ltd. (Hong Kong). By integrating naval architecture, new-build oversight and day-to-day operations under one accountable roof, we deliver full life-cycle control and clear accountability for every vessel we manage.
Our active fleet consists of twelve 180 000 m³ LNG carriers—four powered by low-pressure X-DF engines and eight by next-generation ME-GA propulsion—constructed to the latest IGC Code and SIGTTO guidelines. On site at leading yards, our superintendent teams supervise additional tonnage from initial steel-cut to successful delivery, safeguarding plan approval, quality surveillance and schedule integrity.
Technical management combines predictive and condition-based maintenance with meticulous dry-dock planning, energy-efficiency upgrades and near-real-time performance analytics. Safety, quality and environmental compliance are governed through a cloud-based Tanker Management and Self-Assessment (TMSA) platform, giving charterers and vetting partners transparent access to our HSSEQ metrics.
People remain our greatest asset. A dedicated crewing division recruits, trains and retains officers and ratings through structured cadet pathways, LNG-specific competency programmes and comprehensive welfare initiatives. Crew complements are maintained in strict accordance with LNG matrix requirements, ensuring operational resilience and charterer confidence.
