This study seeks 100-150 volunteers who are: *18 years of age or older *Working in the construction industry *Working in the metropolitan areas of Central Florida, including: *Lakeland-Winter Haven *Ocala *Orlando-Kissimmee-Sanford *Sebring *The Villages *Regularly working on construction sites *Exposed to safety hazards common to construction sites This study is being conducted by a researcher named Matthew Law, who is a doctoral student at Walden University. Study Purpose: The purpose of this study is to understand how construction workers from diverse backgrounds, including those born outside the United States, experience risk in the workplace. Procedures: This study will involve you completing the following steps: *Complete a confidential online survey (5-10 minutes)
