Construction Worker Mobility

Construction Work Mobility ("CWM") has been created to help solve one of the most pertaining problems facing construction industry in North Europe; the shortage of skilled workers. We aim to create (temporary) mobility of workers from within the European Economic Area ("EEA") which are all European Union countries plus Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway as well as Switzerland which is not an EU or EEA member but is part of the single market. By this we mean that construction workers temporarily working in jobs in another country. Although there are some administrative procedures that one needs to follow, it is relatively straightforward. The advantage for the company is that they can dip into a pool of labour that was not at their disposal before and the advantage for the worker is that he of she can get paid a higher wage than at home; a win-win.
