Central HEaRt exists to empower and equip women and girls to live without violence and fear, we offer a trauma-informed, empowering space and service for women and girls to rebuild, reconnect and rise.
Across the globe, countless women and girls encounter persistent obstacles that hinder their growth and limit their opportunities. Despite possessing immense talent and vision, too many face hurdles such as insufficient access to quality education, disparities in income, prejudice based on gender or race, a shortage of relatable role models, and the lingering effects of emotional hardship. These combined challenges not only restrict their potential but can also increase susceptibility to further adversity and violence.
Central HEaRt is dedicated to dismantling these barriers, striving to empower women and girls to thrive on their own terms. Our approach is centred on recognising each individual’s unique experiences and aspirations, ensuring that the support we provide is both personalised and impactful.
Our services have been thoughtfully developed to nurture confidence, foster healing, and cultivate a sense of belonging. We pair individuals with peer mentors who bring understanding and empathy, having navigated similar journeys themselves. Participants are invited to join dynamic workshops aimed at building self-esteem, unleashing creativity, and enhancing resilience. Holistic well-being sessions offer tools for restoration and growth, while our community initiatives nurture strong, supportive networks.
We also deliver tailored career and aspiration-building programmes, including specialised Education, Training, and Employment (ETE) pathways. Professional development is further supported with “train the trainer” sessions and lived experience insights, equipping women not only to advance in their own lives, but to inspire and guide others.
