Central Leadership Academy

The Central Leadership Academy (CLA) is a transformative learning institution committed to bridging the educational divide in post-conflict and underserved communities. Founded in 2023 in Bokay Town, Liberia - a town without a school for over 14 years and home to over 25,000 people- CLA provides high-quality education to refugee, underprivileged, and internally displaced children and youth. Our mission is to equip the next generation with 21st-century skills through an inclusive model rooted in leadership, entrepreneurship, critical thinking and digital literacy. We offer a full-grade curriculum from Grade 1 to Grade 12, with programs designed to foster innovation, resilience and community-driven development. Our model emphasizes access, delivery, quality and relevance, blending traditional classroom learning with hands-on projects, STEM education and real-world problem-solving.
