We are a Mental Health Private Practice based in Daylesford and Melbourne, which supports adolescents, adults, couples, families, groups and allied health professionals. Together Tamera and Amy have a combined 18 years of experience across clinical and community mental health and health related fields. Tamera and Amy are passionate about changing the conversation around mental health and empowering everyone to prioritise their mental and emotional health and wellbeing. Amy and Tamera have a range of experience supporting people with depression, anxiety, substance use issues, stress, and trauma. Their counselling provides a confidential space for people to talk about some of the difficult things going on in their life and help people to find strategies to cope and improve wellbeing. Tamera and Amy are qualified to support people under Medicare, NDIS, TAC and Workcover funding. They also offer tailored mental health-based workshops and have been running a range of workshops to various community groups on topics such as self-care, stress management, mindfulness, and self-awareness, all with a focus on identifying strategies to help people support their health.
