Born of a need for more creative therapies in Melbourne's outer north. A cozy creative space nestled in the leafy surrounds of Mill Park at The Stables. Led by person centered approaches, trauma informed practice, nature-based and creative therapeutic approaches.
Whether you feel that you can draw or not, you are welcome in this space to discover the benefits of Arts Therapy.
We are currently expanding to offer a range of creative therapeutic services including: individual and group art therapy, children's play therapy, art groups, forest therapy walks and nature based arts therapy. Our offerings will cater to different needs and age groups.
