About Center for Persuasive Communication (CEPEC)

The Center for Persuasive Communication is one of the four research units of the Department of Communication Sciences of Ghent University. Founded in 2012 it unites all the expertise within the field Communication Management of the Department of Communication Sciences. It is currently guided by Prof. Dr. Hudders. More specifically CEPEC conducts research in the domain of persuasive communication. Past and current research projects focus on the effectiveness of persuasive communication, both in a profit and non-profit context.
