CERT (Compliance, Enforcement and Regulatory Training) Systems Limited was founded by compliance and enforcement professionals to deliver high-quality training services to people who interact with the public, particularly where there is potential for conflict. We provide top-quality, practical and highly-effective training courses to maximise the safety, effectiveness and professionalism of staff working in public-facing positions – people who deal with people. Since 2007, CERT has delivered training to hundreds of people in over 70 local and central government agencies and organisations, as well as public and private companies, across New Zealand and Australia. Our core business is central government - we hold contracts with MBIE. Ministry of Health, Fish and Game NZ and WorkSafe: to have the regulator of work place health and safety choose our programme for their own staff is a strong endorsement of the quality of the training. CERT is also the chosen provider of training to the majority of local government organisations including Auckland, Christchurch, Waikato, Tauranga, Invercargill councils – and many other district and regional councils as well as a growing number of corporate organisations who recognise they have a moral and legal obligation to give their staff the skills to keep themselves safe. We supply a discrete selection of top-quality equipment to enhance staff effectiveness including body worn video cameras, stab & ballistic body armour, operational clothing, field notebooks, ID wallets, extendible batons & bite sticks, self defence spray and gear bags. We also provide consultancy services, advising on framework & policy development, needs analysis & operation reviews, safety audits and evaluations.
