Cessna Sales Solutions works with three primary audiences: 1) Founders who are ready to step out of sales and focus on the business. Here we help you establish processes, tools, and KPI's along with helping you hire your first sales team member. 2) Individual sales contributors that have moved into sales management. We assist you with leadership skills, forecasting and goal setting, conflict resolution, sales scripts, and more. 3) Sales representatives. Our goal is to help you not only achieve quota, but exceed. We will work on things such as prospecting, script writing, motivation checks, territory planning and all that goes into reporting up. With over 20 years of sales experience, managing sales teams, being the first hire in transition from founder led sales, and helping to take a company to private equity exit, I am confident that we can be a resource for you to achieve success.
