About Chainless Change (CCI)
Chainless Change is a 501(c)(3) peer-led Recovery Community Organization (RCO) dedicated to empowering individuals affected by addiction, mental health challenges, trauma, and contact with the criminal legal system in South Florida. We are driven by a deep commitment to provide the skills, tools, and opportunities needed for true recovery and transformation. Our mission goes beyond recovery—we are recovery-oriented abolitionists who envision a future where the prison industrial complex and its intertwined systems of oppression are dismantled. In their place, we advocate for restorative, rehabilitative, and transformative solutions that uplift individuals and communities, creating pathways to healing and justice. At Chainless Change, we believe in second chances and the power of community-led solutions to break the cycle of incarceration and build a more just, compassionate society.
