CHALK R!OT is a mural production house specializing in vibrant pavement art. We create ephemeral chalk art, creative way-finding, “3D” illusionary and immersive ground murals, and industrial roadway murals. When not fulfilling corporate commissions or collaborating with non-profits or civic entities, we advocate for the strategic use of sidewalk chalk as a tool for positive social change. We’re color-obsessed artists that believe in sidewalks, roads and walls as the world’s greatest canvases! As part of our extensive client list, CHALK R!OT regularly works with civic agencies, urban and transportation planners, real estate developers, and Business Improvement Districts to improve road safety with positively engaging pavement artwork. We are honored to collaborate with groups, businesses and organizations leveraging art to strengthen campaigns for cleaner oceans and forests, LGBTQ+ rights, improved healthcare, anti-racist education, safer streets, reproductive access, voter protections, and more! We have created in over a dozen American states and in five countries, and love to travel. Our team is proud to be an all-women and non-binary crew, all the time.
